If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Bentonville.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Bentonville we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
