If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Bentonville.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Bentonville we can best know the market value of your real estate investment.
