If your rental requires a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Bentonville.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Bentonville we can nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
