If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Bentonville.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Bentonville we can help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
