If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Woodstock.
The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Woodstock we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
