If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Toms Brook.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Toms Brook we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
