If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Toms Brook.

The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Toms Brook we can help determine the retail value of your rental.
