If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Toms Brook.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Toms Brook we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
