If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Timberville.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Timberville we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
