If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Timberville.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Timberville we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
