If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Timberville.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Timberville we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
