We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Timberville.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Timberville we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
