If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Timberville.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Timberville we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
