If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Star Tannery.

The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Star Tannery we can best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
