If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Star Tannery.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Star Tannery we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
