Nesbitt Realty has experience with unreasonable renters because we've inherited issues from real estate investors who selected their own tenants, or from landlords who have brought us tenants from other property managers.

If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Star Tannery.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Star Tannery we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
