If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Quicksburg.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Quicksburg we can nail down the market value of your real estate investment.
