If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Quicksburg.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Quicksburg we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
