If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Orkney Springs.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Orkney Springs we will help determine the market value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
