If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Mount Jackson.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property.
