If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Mount Jackson.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Mount Jackson we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
