If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Mount Jackson.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Mount Jackson we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
