If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Mount Jackson.

The property manager will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Mount Jackson we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
