If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Maurertown.

The Realtor will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Maurertown we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
