If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Maurertown.

The property manager will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Maurertown we can best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
