If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Maurertown.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Maurertown we can best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
