If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Lebanon Church.

The property manager will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Lebanon Church we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
