If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Fort Valley.
The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Fort Valley we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment.
