If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Fort Valley.

The real estate agent will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Fort Valley we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
