If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fort Valley.
The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your rental.
