If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Fort Valley.
The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Fort Valley we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
