Do you need a renter for a rental in Edinburg?
We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Edinburg.
The Realtor will inspect your property and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Edinburg we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
