We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Edinburg.
The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Edinburg we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
