Do you need a renter for a property in Edinburg?
We don't just find tenants. We find great tenants.
The key to great rental management is good renters. Nesbitt Realty almost never has difficulties with tenants that we place.
Nesbitt Realty has experience with unreasonable tenants because we've inherited problems from landlords who selected their own tenants, or from landlords who have brought us tenants from other rental management companies.
The key to discovering a good tenant is starting with an understanding of the standards that make up the ideal
We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Edinburg.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Edinburg we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
