We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Edinburg.
The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Edinburg we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
