We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Edinburg.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Edinburg we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
