We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
