If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if necessary.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
