The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property.
