If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.
The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
