If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The property manager will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
