We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Northern Virginia.
The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
