We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Basye.
The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Basye we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
