If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Basye.
The Realtor will inspect your rental and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Basye we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
