If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Basye.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Basye we can help determine the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
