If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Singers Glen.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Singers Glen we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
