If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Singers Glen.

The property manager will inspect your home and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Singers Glen we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
