If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Rockingham.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen if necessary.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Rockingham we can nail down the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
