If your property requires a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Rockingham.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your home's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Rockingham we will nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
