If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Port Republic.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Port Republic we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
