If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Port Republic.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Port Republic we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
