If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Port Republic.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Port Republic we can best know the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
