If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Penn Laird.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Penn Laird we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
