If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Penn Laird.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Penn Laird we can help determine the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
