If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Penn Laird.
The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Penn Laird we will help determine the retail value of your home.
