If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Mt Crawford.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Mt Crawford we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
