If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Mount Crawford.

The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Mount Crawford we will nail down the actual value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
