If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Mount Crawford.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Mount Crawford we will help determine the market value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
