If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in McGaheysville.

The Realtor will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in McGaheysville we will help determine the actual value of your property.
