If your home needs a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in McGaheysville.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
