If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in McGaheysville.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in McGaheysville we can nail down the market value of your rental.
