If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every Realtor in Mc Gaheysville.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Mc Gaheysville we can best know the market value of your rental.
