If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every Realtor in Linville.

The property manager will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Linville we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
