If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Keezletown.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Keezletown we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
