If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Keezletown.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Keezletown we will best know the actual value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
