If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Hinton.

The Realtor will take a look at your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Hinton we will nail down the actual value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
