If your real estate investment requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Hinton.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Hinton we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment.
