If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Hinton.

The property manager will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Hinton we will best know the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
