If your rental is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Grottoes.

The property manager will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Grottoes we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
