If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the home advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fulks Run.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Fulks Run we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
