Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every property manager in Fulks Run.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your real estate investment.
