If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Fulks Run.

The property manager will inspect your home and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Fulks Run we will nail down the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
