We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Bridgewater.
The real estate agent will inspect your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Bridgewater we can nail down the actual value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
