If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Bridgewater.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Bridgewater we can best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
