If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the rental advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Bergton.

The Realtor will scrutinize your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Bergton we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
