If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Woodville.

The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your home to offerings that recently rented in Woodville we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
