If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Woodville.

The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Woodville we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
