If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every real estate agent in Woodville.

The property manager will inspect your property and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Woodville we will best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
