If your home is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Woodville.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Woodville we will help determine the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
