We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Washington.
The property manager will scrutinize your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Washington we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
