We don't just find tenants. We find good tenants.

We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every real estate agent in Washington.
The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Washington we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
