We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Washington.
The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Washington we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
