We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Huntly.
The Realtor will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if called upon.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Huntly we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a suggested list price for the rental.
