If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Flint Hill.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Flint Hill we can best know the retail value of your property.
