If your home requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Flint Hill.

The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rentability. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when necessary.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to offerings that recently rented in Flint Hill we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
