If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Flint Hill.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Flint Hill we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the real estate investment.
