If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Flint Hill.

The property manager will inspect your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to real estate investments that recently rented in Flint Hill we will nail down the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
