If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Flint Hill.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.

The Realtor will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Flint Hill we will best know the market value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
