If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Chester Gap.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Chester Gap we can best know the retail value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
