If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Chester Gap.

The Realtor will inspect your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rentability. The property manager will also determine repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Chester Gap we will help determine the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
