If your property needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every Realtor in Chester Gap.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Chester Gap we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
