If your home requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Chester Gap.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rentability. The real estate agent will also determine repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Chester Gap we can nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
