If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home into the feed of every Realtor in Castleton.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.

The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Castleton we will nail down the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
