If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every property manager in Castleton.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when called upon.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the actual rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Castleton we can nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
