If your rental requires a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Boston.
The Realtor will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if necessary.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your rental to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Boston we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
