If your home is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every property manager in Woodbridge.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if called upon.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Woodbridge we will help determine the market value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
