If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the real estate investment on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment onto the desk of every real estate agent in Woodbridge.

The property manager will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen if needed.

The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Woodbridge we will best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
