We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Woodbridge.
The Realtor will inspect your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for contractors if called upon.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Woodbridge we can help determine the market value of your rental. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
