If your home needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Triangle.
The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your home's rental value. The Realtor will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Triangle we can help determine the actual value of your home. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
