If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Sudley Springs.

The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people when necessary.

The real estate agent will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to properties that recently rented in Sudley Springs we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
