If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every real estate agent in Sudley Springs.

The Realtor will carefully examine your home and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if necessary.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Sudley Springs we will best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
