If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the home advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Southbridge.
The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Southbridge we will best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the rental.
