If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately assign a property manager to get the home on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Southbridge.
The real estate agent will inspect your home and make recommendations that will likely improve your property's rental value. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.
The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your rental to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Southbridge we will help determine the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
