If your real estate investment is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Southbridge.
The real estate agent will take a look at your real estate investment and make recommendations that will improve your rental's rentability. The property manager will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar homes that are currently available and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Southbridge we can nail down the market value of your home.
