If your home requires a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every property manager in Quantico.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that will improve your property's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen if needed.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to nail down the retail rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are on the market and comparing your home to real estate investments that recently rented in Quantico we will best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a recommended list price for the rental.
