If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Quantico.
The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your home's rental value. The property manager will also determine maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if called upon.
The real estate agent will also create a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Quantico we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
