If your rental requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Occoquan.

The Realtor will carefully examine your real estate investment and make recommendations that will likely improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when needed.

The Realtor will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Occoquan we will best know the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
