We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your rental needs a renter, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will improve your rental's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when needed.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the retail value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
