We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will carefully examine your rental and make recommendations that will improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for contractors if necessary.
The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to properties that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the market value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
