If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the rental on the market. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every Realtor in Northern Virginia.
The Realtor will take a look at your home and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for contractors if needed.
The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your property. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Northern Virginia we will nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
