If your rental needs a renter, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the real estate investment on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every real estate agent in Nokesville.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that could improve your property's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the retail rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your home to homes that recently rented in Nokesville we can nail down the actual value of your property.
