If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property on the market. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Montclair.

The Realtor will carefully examine your property and make suggestions that will likely improve your home's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your property. By comparing your home to similar real estate investments that are currently available and comparing your real estate investment to properties that recently rented in Montclair we can nail down the market value of your home. From there we can make a suggested list price for the home.
