If your home needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the real estate investment listed. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property into the feed of every Realtor in Montclair.

The real estate agent will carefully examine your property and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also determine maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for handymen when necessary.

The real estate agent will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the actual rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar offerings that are currently available and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Montclair we will best know the actual value of your property. From there we can make a recommended list price for the home.
