We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your real estate investment needs a renter, we immediately assign a Realtor to get the real estate investment advertised. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the rental on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Montclair.
The Realtor will take a look at your real estate investment and make suggestions that will likely improve your rental's rentability. The real estate agent will also list maintenance that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors when called upon.
The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your real estate investment. By comparing your rental to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to homes that recently rented in Montclair we will best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
