If your property is ready for a tenant, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the rental listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every real estate agent in Lake Ridge.

The real estate agent will take a look at your rental and make suggestions that could improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for contractors if needed.

The Realtor will also do a comparative market analysis to best know the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Lake Ridge we can best know the retail value of your property. From there we can make a suggested list price for the rental.
