If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately assign a property manager to get the rental advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the real estate investor has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Lake Ridge.
The Realtor will scrutinize your rental and make recommendations that could improve your property's rentability. The real estate agent will also notify you of repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make recommendations for handymen when needed.
The property manager will also prepare a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your property. By comparing your property to similar properties that are currently available and comparing your property to homes that recently rented in Lake Ridge we can best know the market value of your property. From there we will make a suggested list price for the property.
