If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on hundreds's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the home onto the desk of every property manager in Lake Ridge.

The property manager will take a look at your property and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for handymen when needed.

The Realtor will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to homes that recently rented in Lake Ridge we can best know the market value of your home. From there we will make a suggested list price for the home.
