We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property requires a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the property listed. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every Realtor in Haymarket.
The real estate agent will take a look at your property and make recommendations that could improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also notify you of maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if needed.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to help determine the market rental value of your home. By comparing your property to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to offerings that recently rented in Haymarket we will best know the actual value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the home.
