We don't just find tenants. We find tenants fast.
If your property needs a tenant, we immediately assign a real estate agent to get the home listed. One of our Realtor will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the property owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the real estate investment into the feed of every real estate agent in Gainesville.
The Realtor will scrutinize your home and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list repairs that are necessary before we can help you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people if called upon.
The property manager will also build a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your property to real estate investments that recently rented in Gainesville we can nail down the retail value of your rental. From there we can make a recommended list price for the property.
