If your property is ready for a renter, we immediately appoint a property manager to get the property advertised. One of our property manager will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental into the feed of every real estate agent in Dumfries.

The property manager will carefully examine your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your property's rentability. The Realtor will also list maintenance that are required before we can help you. We can make recommendations for maintenance people if needed.

The property manager will also do a comparative market analysis to nail down the market rental value of your home. By comparing your home to similar homes that are on the market and comparing your real estate investment to offerings that recently rented in Dumfries we can best know the actual value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the real estate investment.
