If your rental needs a tenant, we immediately appoint a real estate agent to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the owner has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the property on 100's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the property onto the desk of every property manager in Dumfries.

The property manager will inspect your real estate investment and make suggestions that will improve your real estate investment's rental value. The property manager will also list maintenance that are required before we can assist you. We can make recommendations for handymen when called upon.

The real estate agent will also prepare a comparative market analysis to help determine the actual rental value of your rental. By comparing your real estate investment to similar real estate investments that are on the market and comparing your rental to real estate investments that recently rented in Dumfries we can best know the retail value of your real estate investment. From there we can make a suggested list price for the property.
