If your property requires a tenant, we immediately appoint a Realtor to get the property advertised. One of our real estate agent will contact you to make arrangements to take photos. Unless the landlord has other instructions, within 48 hours we will have the home on many's of websites including Realtor.com, Zillow, Trulia, Hotpads and our own website. We will push the rental onto the desk of every property manager in Catlett.

The real estate agent will scrutinize your property and make recommendations that will likely improve your rental's rental value. The real estate agent will also list repairs that are necessary before we can assist you. We can make suggestions for maintenance people when necessary.

The property manager will also create a comparative market analysis to best know the retail rental value of your home. By comparing your real estate investment to similar properties that are on the market and comparing your rental to properties that recently rented in Catlett we will help determine the retail value of your rental. From there we will make a recommended list price for the property.
